摘　　要：目的:观察纤维蛋白胶复合平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的临床效果。方法:回顾2005-01～2006-10应用纤维蛋白胶复合平阳霉素注射治疗的12例口腔颌面部静脉畸形患者资料。注射治疗后即刻观察患者生命体征,及有无其它症状;胸片检查了解肺部情况;通过临床观察和B超检查评价治疗效果。随访时间最短5个月,最长1年。结果:12例患者中女性5例,男性7例;年龄最小10岁,最大62岁。其中8例患者达到外形基本对称,病变区血流消失;3例患者外形略不对称,病变区血流消失。3例患者出现发热,1例患者因为持续高热中止治疗。未发现过敏反应、肺栓塞或其它并发症。结论:纤维蛋白胶复合平阳霉素栓塞硬化治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形疗效可靠,并发症在可接受范围。但是对严重并发症如深静脉栓塞,肺栓塞的进一步观察和安全性评价需要更多的基础和临床研究。Objective：To observe fibrin glue（FG） combined with pingyangmycin for the treatment of venous malformation（VM） in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods：Reviewed 12 cases with VM from January 2005 to October 2006.All patients were subjected to the injection of FG combined with pingyangmycin.Observed the vital signs and sympoms after injection.X-ray examination was used for the evaluation of pulmonary situation.Therapeutic effects were evaluated by clinical examination and ultrasonography with Doppler.The follow-up time was from 5 months to 1 year.Results：Among the 12 patients,8 cases showed normal appearance.Blood stream of the lesions disappeared.3 lesions showed slight asymmetry of appearance and blood stream of the lesions disappeared.3 patients got a fever.One patient was quitted the treatment because of the continuous high fever.There were no allergic reaction,pulmonary embolism or other complications after treatment.Conclusion：Embolism and sclerotherapy of VM in oral and maxillofacial region by using FG combined with pingyangmycin is effective and the morbidity is acceptable.However,further observation of severe complications such as deep venous thrombosis,pulmonary embolism and evaluation of safety should be carried on by more research.
