摘　　要：[目的]为3种海洋生物肽(蛋白肽、胶原肽和骨原肽)的安全性评价提供毒理学实验依据。[方法]采用常规的小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验和彗星实验对3种样品进行检测。[结果]3种海洋生物肽在两种试验中均未表现出阳性反应。[结论]在本实验条件下,3种海洋生物肽未表现出遗传毒性。[Objective] To provide toxicologic evidences for the safety evaluation of three kinds of marine biologic peptides. [Methods] Micronucleus test of born morrow cells in mice and comet assay m TK6 cells were Conducted in this study. [Results] The results of the three peptides in the two tests were negative reaction. [Conclusion] Under the present experience conditions, three marine biologic peptides do not show obvious genotoxicity.
