摘　　要：工程项目进度目标与质量目标是对立统一的矛盾体。文章在研究工程项目进度与质量的关系,影响工程项目进度和质量的因素以及进度控制和质量控制的途径的基础上,分析了进度控制和质量控制在施工中的协调作用,并从技术措施层面对进度控制和质量控制在工程项目中的协调进行了简要论述。The paper studies the relation of the pace and quality in consruction project, points out the factor of affecting pace and quality, and expatiates the control approach of the pace and quality. On the base, it analyzes the coordinating function of the control of the pace and quality for constructing. From the lay of the method, it also gives a brief introduction about how to correspond the control of the pace and quality in consruction project.
