摘  要:对井下无轨车辅助运输的铺面设计问题进行了研究,提出了基于极限承载理论的设计方法,给出了等效接触面积、等效接触压力、等效静轴载及铺面承载能力的简化计算公式,并引入了安全系数控制铺面破坏时的变形,求出了合理的铺面厚度.该设计方法避开了弹性模量和泊松比这2个难以量化的参数,采用容易获取的材料内摩擦角和黏聚力参数,使其更便于应用.The problem of pavement design of underground mines that use the railless vehicles for accessorial transportation was studied, the design method based on the theory of bearing capacity approach was put forward, and the simplified computing formulae of equivalent contact area, equivalent contact pressure and equivalent static axle load were presented, and a safety factor that controls the failure deformation of pavement was also introduced, and the proper thickness of pavement was determined. The new design method uses the internal frictional angle and cohesive strength that are easy to be got as the parameters, rather than using the elastic modulus and Poisson ratio that are difficult to be quantified. Furthermore, this method is more easier to be adopted than other methods.
