摘　　要：通过阐述MPS实验设备中的机械手在个性化实验中的实施过程，以及个性化培养的一些具体措施，说明个性化实验是培养创新人才的有效手段之一。Through expatiation on the implementation process of laboratory equipment MPS manipulator in the individualized experiment, personalized training and some of the specific measures, it is shown that personalized experiment is one of the effective means to cultivate innovative talents.
