摘　　要：分析目前高校实验室队伍建设存在的主要问题，指出实验室队伍建设对研究型大学的重要作用，并对如何建设与研究型大学相适应的实验室队伍提出建议。The primary problems of laboratory groups in colleges and universities are analyzed. Then, the importance and some adviees proposed for research oriented universities to construct laboratory groups are put forward.
