摘 要:针对有机化合物分子楔形式及环状结构式中手性碳原子构型难以快速、准确判断的问题,介绍一种根据最低次序基团所处楔形式中位置的不同,通过在纸平面上直接操作的方法,方便快捷地确定出手性碳原子的构型。并根据IUPAC命名原则,阐明了该方法的可靠性,保证了该类结构式构型判断的准确性。It is very difficult to distinguish the chiral carbon quickly and accurately on a cuneiform or cycle structure of an organic compound. A simple method based on distinguishing location of the lowest priority group(or atom) in cuneiform molecule is improved to determinate quickly the configuration of a chiral carbon by working directly on paper plane. By means of denominating method of IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry), the reliability of the improved method is illuminated. And the veracity of the method also can be ensured in speculating configuration of an organic compound.
