摘　　要：目的:通过对首次住院精神疾病患者临床资料分析,探讨精神卫生工作的发展方向。方法:采用回顾性调查,对符合CCMD-Ⅲ诊断标准的首次住院精神疾病患者临床资料进行分析。结果:首次住院患者男女平均住院年龄比较有显著性差异;病种以精神分裂症为主,情感性精神病次之,其余所占比例较少,精神活性物质所致精神病均为男性;抗精神病药以非典型抗精神病药物为主。结论:要加大宣传力度,提高民众的精神卫生知识水平,早发现、早治疗;精神卫生工作人员要加大科研水平,提高诊疗技术,促进患者的早日康复。Objective：Analyse 641 medical records of the inpatients with mental disorders for the-first time to discuss how to develop psychiatry in China. Methods. According to CCMD -Ⅲ diagnostic standard, choose the records of inpatients with mental disorders for the first time by retrospective investigation. Results： There is significant difference between male and female in average age; Scizhophrenia is majority, and then affective disorders, other mental disorders is less; The inpatients with mental disorders due to psychoactive substances are all male; atypical antipsychotics are primary in drug therapy. Conclusions： Expand publicization and advance public knowledge on mental disorders; Psychiatrists strengthen scientic research to improve diagnostic and treat.
