摘　　要：分析金华职业技术学院师资队伍建设已取得的成绩及存在的问题,结合"国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划"的要求,就"十一五"期间师资队伍建设的思路及教师团队的专业带头人、"双师"素质、骨干教师、兼职教师等方面如何加强建设提出了相应的对策,并对建立制度化保障体系进行了阐述。Based on achievements and problems existed on teachers team construction, combined with requirements that the Construction Plan of National Demonstrating Higher Vocational Colleges demands, the paper puts forward countermeasures on how to develop teachers team, the team leader, dual-quality teachers and part time teachers in the Eleventh five-year plan, as well as some suggestion on the guarantee system.
