进展期胃癌的实时超声诊断价值

摘　　要：本文分析了经胃镜活检及手术证实的33例进展期胃癌的实时超声表现和结果。本组超声诊断符合率为97％（32／33）。作者归纳进展期胃癌声像图的主要特点是;胃壁局限性增厚伴有不均匀低回声;形态不规则;胃壁的分层消失;实时扫查证实病变部蠕动减弱或消失。Real-time ultrasonography was performed in 33 cases of advance gastric cancer corroborated by gastroscopy and operation. The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate is 97. 0%. The main sonographic characteristics are: localized thickening of the gastric wall with haterognous low echogenicity, irregular contour, absence of the wall stratification and lack of demonstrable movement of the gastric wall.
