摘　　要：执行涉及执行主体、执行客体和环境三个方面的因素。通过对国家政策和法律、行业和领域、社会和文化、地域、技术五个方面环境因素的分析,探讨环境对执行的影响。并结合我国目前执行环境中存在的问题,对如何构建良好的外部执行环境提出了相应的对策建议。Execution involves three factors： executive subjeet, executive object and the environment .This article discusses the impact of the environment on execution through analyzing five environmental factors： national policies and laws, profession and field, society and culture, region and teehnology, followed by the suggestions on how to establish favorable external executive environment considering the problems exist;rig in China＇s current execution cnvironment.
