论教师积极性调动的途径

摘　　要：教师是人类灵魂的工程师,推动教育事业发展,培养高素质人才,教师是关键。要进一步在全社会弘扬尊师重教的良好风尚,把广大教师的积极性、主动性、创造性更好地发挥出来。文章从教师工作的特点出发,探求教师物质需要及物质激励、精神需要及精神激励、物质激励与精神激励相结合3方面调动教师积极性的途径,以期达到最大限度提高教师积极性。Teachers are engineers of human souls. Teachers are the key to promote the development of education cause and cultivate talents of high quality. To carry forward the excellent custom of respecting teachers and their work can bring teachers＇ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity into better play. Starting from the charac- teristics of teachers＇ work, this paper explores three approaches to stimulate teachers＇ enthusiasm in teachers＇ material demand and material encouragement, spirit demand and spirit encouragement and the combination of material and spirit encouragement so as to increase teachers＇ enthusiasm as much as possible.
