COX-2 mRNA表达与食管癌发生发展关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(cy-clooxy-genase-2,COX-2)mRNA的表达与食管癌发生发展的关系。方法:用原位杂交技术检测80例食管癌组织中COX-2 mRNA的表达,并结合肿瘤的病理生物学行为进行分析。结果:80例食管癌组织中COX-2mR-NA阳性表达率为80%(64/80)明显高于正常食管黏膜(0/20),P<0.01。COX-2 mRNA阳性表达与食管癌的分化程度显著相关,P<0.05;但与食管癌的TNM分期、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移无关,P>0.05。结论:COX-2 mRNA阳性表达与食管癌的发生及其生物学行为密切相关,可作为食管癌早期诊断客观指标。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the correlation of cyclooxyge- nase-2 mRNA expression with the occurrence and development of esophageal carcinoma. METHODS： Cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression was studied by in situ hybridization in 80 samples of esophageal carcinoma tissues and 20 samples of normal esophageal tissues. The study was also combined with the analysis of pathological behavior. RESULTS： The positive rates of cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression in esophageal carcinoma and normal tissues were 80% （65/80） and （0/20）, respectively, which was obviously higher in the former than in the latter （P〈0.01）. There Was a significant diference in the positive rates of cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression between the low and high diferentiated esophageal carcinorna （P〈0.05） ,but the expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA was not related to the depth of invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma （P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION： The expression of cyclooxygen- ase-2 mRNA is associated with the occurrence and pathological diagnosis and judging biologic behavior of esophageal carcinoma.
