摘 要:目的:探讨仿真大体病理(VGP)技术对显示大肠肿瘤的价值和用于人群筛查的可能性。方法:将91例结肠肿瘤术前检查病例的多层螺旋CT(Multislice spiral CT,MSCT)平扫的容积扫描数据在图像工作站上生成VGP图像,由2名放射学医师对VGP图像的判定结果与内镜检查结果对照,同时记录三维图像生成和作出诊断所需的时间。结果:VGP对大肠癌诊断的敏感度为76.9%(70/91),进展期癌为84.9%(62/73),早期癌为44.4%(8/18)。工作站VGP图像生成时间平均为90.1s,病变检出时间平均为25.9s。结论:VGP技术可望成为准确高效的大肠肿瘤人群筛查CT三维成像技术。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the valueness of CT virtual gross pathology (VGP) in detecting colorectal tumor and the potential of VGP in mass screening. METHODS: Volume scanned CT data of ninety-one cases preoperative colorectal tumors were reconstruction into VGP picture in workstation,the diagnosis of two radiologists were compared with endoscopic examination results, and spent time were recorded from the start of picture reconstruction to the end of the diagnosis. RESULTS: Sensitivity of VGP in the diagnosis of colorectal tumor was 76.9%(70/91), with advanced cancer 84.9%(62/73) and early cancer 44.4% (8/18). The mean reconstruction time was 90.1 seconds and tumor detection time was 25.9 seconds. CONCLUSION: VGP is a capable CT 3D method in mass screening of colorectal tumor.
