摘　　要：目的:探讨B超在海绵状血管瘤(CH)手术中的作用。方法:28例皮质下CH患者在开颅后应用B超进行病变定位,实时辅助显微切除病变,并判断病变的切除程度。结果:病变定位准确,所有CH均被全部切除,未出现相关神经系统并发症,术后随访均未复发。结论:术中B超操作简便,对皮质下病变定位准确,安全经济,具有广泛的应用前景。Objective： To investigate the role of intraoperative B-mode ultrasound in microsurgery of cavernous hemangioma （CH）. Methods： B-mode ultrasound was used for locating the lesions in 28 patients with subcortical CH after craniotomy, real-time aid for microsurgical resection of the lesions were performed, and the degree of resection was evaluated. Results： The lesions were located accurately and all the CHs were removed. No related neurological complication occurred, and there was no recurrence during the postoperative follow up. Conchaions： Intraoperative B-mode ultrasound is convenient. It is accurate, safe and economic for the location of subcortical lesions, and has wide application prospect.
