寿星宝抗衰老作用的实验研究

摘　　要：寿星宝系延缓衰老药，实验证明它能够延长家蝇的平均寿命和家蚕的生长时间（P＜0.01，P＜0．05）；提高老龄大鼠红细胞内SOD含量（P＜0.05～0．01），并降低血浆中LPO及心、脑组织中LPF的水平（P＜0．05～0．01）；增加大鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率、淋巴细胞转化率、IgG及胸腺体重系数（P＜0.05～0．01）;对东莨菪碱及乙醇致小鼠的记忆获得和记忆再现障碍有改善作用（P＜0．05～0．01）；还能延长小鼠的抗疲劳时间（P＜0．01）及夹闭小鼠气管后的心电消失时间（P＜0．01）．It has been proved that shouxingbao granules has the effect of experiment proved that it could prolongthe growth time of silk-worm(P＜0.01, P＜0.05)and the lifespan of housefly. The levels of SOD in RBCof rats(P＜0．05～0. 01),were increased and the LPO in plasma and LPF in the heart and brain(P＜0.05～0.01) were deereased. It also increased the rosette forming rate,so did the thymus-body weight index(P＜0. 05～0.01),and the level of IgG. Dysmnesia of rat induced by scopolamine and ethanol (＜0. 05～0．01 ),could also be improved and the duration from clipping the trachea to the disappearance of electrocar-dialsignals were prolonged.
