医科独立学院学生学习动机调查及对策探析

摘　　要：学习动机是学习活动中的一项重要的心理因素，它呈现出多元化的特征。医科独立院校由于医学教育的特殊性，使学生的学习动机呈现出不同与其他类型独立学院的特点。本文立足于医科独立院校学生的学习动机现状，分析了学校、家庭和社会对大学生学习动机影响的原因，并提出了增强医科独立院校学生学习动机的应对策略。Learning motivation, an important psychological factor in learning activities, has diversified characteristics. Because of the particularity of medical education in independent schools, the characteristics of students＇ learning motivations differ from those of other types of independent schools. Based on the present situation of students＇ learning motivations at independent medical schcols, this article analyzes the causes of effects of school, family and society on their learning motivations, and proposes the strategies to enhance students＇ learning motivations.
