摘　　要：客车车身骨架按层次结构可分为6大高层次模块,以及若干低层次模块和构成部件。文章针对数目众多的模块及构件,建立编码体系,并把编码作为模块和构件的一项重要的参数写入模块管理系统;通过实例验证,模块编码和管理系统能对模块和构件资源进行有效管理,提高模块选择和组合的效率,充分发挥客车车身骨架模块化设计效果。According to hiberarchy, bus body-framework can be divided to six high rank modules and many low rank modules and composing parts. A coding system is built based on so many modules and parts,and the codes that are taken as one important parameter of modules and parts are written into the module database. An example is presented, the resources of modules and parts are effectively managed by coding and module management system, the efficiency of choosing and combination of modules can be improved,and the effect of modular design of coach body-framework is sufficiently exerted.
