摘　　要：用自制季铵型阳离子聚合物复配乳化剂乳化AKD,研究了乳化时间、温度、搅拌速度以及乳化剂用量等因素对AKD乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明,自制乳化剂对AKD施胶起到施胶增效的作用,在一定程度上提高了纸张的下机施胶度,缩短了AKD的施胶熟化时间。In this paper, the quaternary ammonium type cationic polymers prepared by our lab was used as emulsifier to emulsify AKD wax, and also PAC was used to increase the charge of the emulsion. Factors affecting the preparation of the AKD emulsion such as emulsifying time, emulsifying temperature, stirring speed and dosage of emulsifiers were discussed. The results showed that the emulsifier prepared by our lab can improve the sizing effect of the AKD sizing agent, and decrease the curing time of the sized paper.
