摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法，在ＯＤＳ柱上，以甲醇—０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾（１８８２）为流动相，同时分离测定氨酚啡啉片中扑热息痛、盐酸伪麻黄碱和咖啡因的含量。方法简便、快速，重现性好。适用于该产品质量检验分析。A HPLC method is described for the determination of paracetamol,pseudepherine and caffine in paragesicum tablets.Chromatographic conditions were:column,ULTRESPHERE -TM ODS(4 6mm×25cm);mobile phase,methanol-0 05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(18∶82);flow rate,1 3mL/min;detector wave length,210nm.The method is accurate rapid and simple and can be used for quantitative analysis of paragesicum tablets.
