摘 要:压电材料是一种新型智能材料,利用压电材料制成的压电驱动器具有良好的主动驱动效果.据此开展了基于刚架的压电驱动器驱动性能的试验研究.研究表明,压电驱动器的驱动力与输入电压大致呈线性关系,增加预紧力能在一定程度上提高驱动器的驱动力.在试验的基础上,应用数据分析软件,对压电驱动器的驱动力与输入电压之间的理论关系进行了数据拟合,建立了"驱动力—电压"控制方程.研究成果可为实现基于压电驱动器的智能结构主动控制提供基础数据.Piezoelectric material is a new type of smart materials. Piezoelectric actuators, which are made of piezoelectric materials, have good active control effects. Based on rigid frames, experimental studies of actuating force of piezoelectric actuators are carried out in this paper. And studies show that the relationship between actuating force of piezoelectric actuators and input voltage is linear. Compacting the rigid frames can increase the actuating force to a certain degree. Theoretical relationships between actuating force and voltage of actuators are simulated on the basis of the experimental results with data-analyzing software. In addition, the governing equation of "actuating force-voltage" is established, which can provide basic data for active control of smart structures based on piezoelectric actuators.
