健康体检人群脂肪肝“B”超检出率流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解健康人群脂肪肝发病情况,并进行流行病学分析。方法将2006年1月至2007年10月来我院进行消化系"B"超健康体检的3963例作为调查对象,对结果进行分析。结果脂肪肝检出阳性率17.11%,其中男性检出率30.88%,女性检出率9.60%,轻度脂肪肝占86.73%,中度占13.27%。结论随着年龄的增长脂肪肝检出率有所增加,50岁以下年龄组同一年龄段脂肪肝男性发生率高于女性,阳性者大部分为轻度。Objective To perform epidemiological analysis of fatty liver in the population of healthy subjects receiving physical examination. Methods The results from healthy individuals receiving abdominal ＂B＂ type uhrasonography during physical examination between Jan 2006 and Oct 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 3 963 subjects were selected for further analysis. Results The frequency of individuals with fatty liver was 17.11%, in which 30.88% were male subjects and 9.60% were female subjects. 86.73% were at the early stage and 13.27% were at the middle stage of fatty liver development. Conclusion The increase in the incidence of fatty liver is associated with age. For those subjects under the age of 50, the prevalence of fatty liver is higher in male than female, and the disease is usually mild.
