薪酬战略与高校发展战略的匹配问题研究

摘　　要：薪酬设计已成为有效辅助高校发展战略实施的重要手段。本文在分析高等学校发展战略的内涵与特征的基础上,论述了基于不同发展阶段的高校发展战略模式,并将薪酬战略与高校发展战略相匹配。The salary design has become the important method which assists the implementation of the development strategy of colleges. By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of college development strategy, this paper elaborates the strategy patterns based on the different development phases and matches the salary strategy with the development strategy of colleges.
