摘　　要：目的:探讨EphB4在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达规律,评价其在非小细胞肺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测34例非小细胞肺癌组织及16例癌旁正常肺组织中EphB4的表达。结果:EphB4在34例非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达率为41.2%(14/34),在16例癌旁正常肺组织均为阴性,二者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);EphB4的表达与非小细胞肺癌的组织学分级、临床分期有关联性(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、组织学分型及淋巴结转移无关联性(P>0.05)。结论:EphB4可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展中起重要促进作用。Objective To investigate the expression patterns of EphB4 in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and evaluate their roles in tumor initiation and development. immunohistochemical method in 34 cases of NSCLC and Methods The expressions of EphB4 were detected with 16 cases of adjacent normal lung tissues. Results The positive expression rate of EphB4 in NSCLC was 41.2% （14/34）. The expression of EphB4 in 16 cases of adjacent normal lung tissue were all negative, there was significant difference between them （P〈0.01）. The positive expression of EphB4 was closely related to differentiation and clinical stage （P〈0.05）, but not to histological classification, age, sex and lymph node metastasis （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion EphB4 may play a key role in carcinogenesis and progression of NSCLC.
