摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童期所受心理虐待与忽视对大学生身体自我满意度的影响。方法:采用青少年身体自我量表、儿童心理虐待与忽视量表测量了457名大学生,并进行统计分析。结果:男生家长的心理虐待和忽视对男生的身体自我满意度的影响比女生家长对女生的影响更大。其中忽视对男生的身体自我满意度的影响比心理虐待的影响更大,而心理虐待比忽视更能影响女生的身体自我满意度。结论:儿童期心理虐待和忽视与大学生身体自我满意度呈一定相关性。Objective ：To understand the influence of childhood psychological abuse and neglect to physical self-satisfaction of college students. Methods：457 college students were assessed with college and middle school student physical self scale, child psychological abuse and neglect scale（CPANS）.Results：The psychological abuse and neglect of male students＇ parents affected more to their physical self satisfaction than that of female students＇. Neglect affected more to male students＇ physical self satisfaction than psychological abuse.Psychological abuse affected more to females＇ physical self satisfaction than neglect. Mothers＇ maltreatment and neglect behaviors affected college students＇ physical self satisfaction more than that of fathers＇. Conclusion：The childhood psychological abuse and neglect were related to physical self-satisfaction of college students.
