摘　　要：把Pro/E的虚拟装配技术和运动仿真应用到减速器的设计中,通过利用Pro/E的参数化建模功能,建立圆柱齿轮减速器的三维参数化模型,并且进行了虚拟装配、干涉检验和运动仿真。该技术在机械工程、化工设备、汽车制造等多领域有很强的实用和推广价值。The technology of dummy assembly and motion simulation of Pro/E are used in the design of speed reducer.Through parametric modeling functions of Pro / E,the 3D parametric model of cylindrical gear speed reducer is established.The dummy assembly,the interfering analysis and the motion simulation are also given in this paper.The technology is highly practical and worth promoting in mechanical engineering,chemical equipment,automobile manufacturing,and other fields.
