The venereal disease is one of the most typical disease images in modern Chinese literature, the venereal diseases involves the imagination of prostitutes' life. Gender differences in the cultural identity of the prostitute narrative embodies two different physical narrative forms. The male - centered consciousness makes their literature manifest a grander narrative for people's ethics, and embodies the "grand significance" of "nation -State". The historical marginalization of women makes women writing present a more private narrative for free ethics, existing as a "micro - significance". Rgarding the venereal diseases in literary works, grand narrative focuses on wearing the female body into political, moral, historical meaning loops, and stresses the public nature of female body. Private narrative stresses the private experience about the venereal diseases, showing privacy of female body.
