摘 要:研究了非一体化供应链环境下的库存路径问题,给出改进的最邻近算法。针对由单一供应商和多零售商组成的两层供应链系统,通过降低运输费用,提高供应链的整体利润;通过价格策略,重新分配供应链利润,实现供应商和各零售商多赢,从而促进供应链协调。给出算例及其计算结果,并通过实验对算法的性能进行了分析,实验结果表明该算法对于促进供应链协调是有效的。The inventory routing problem of decentralized supply chain was considered and a modified nearest algorithm was proposed. For a two-echelon supply chain system consisting of a single supplier and multi-retailer, the whole profit of the supply chain was increased by decreasing the transportation cost. A proper pricing strategy was used to reallocate the profit of the supply chain to the supplier and the retailers. It could realize "multi-win" and improve supply chain coordination. An example and its computational results were given. The performance of the algorithm was analyzed by experiments and the experiment results show that the algorithm is effective in improving the coordination of the supply chain.
