摘 要:峰值电流PWMDC-DC设计依赖于精确的系统模型。基于PWM开关平均法与能量守恒定理等效功率开关寄生参数的DC-DC建模方法,导出了功率级开环传输函数;利用奈魁斯特稳定准则建立了电流模双环控制回路,同时分析了PCM自然采样原理,提出了推导电流内环闭环特性的简易方法,给出了双环闭合时评估系统稳定性的关键函数模型。仿真表明模型准确,环路对非理想因素的抑制能力较强。It depends on an accurate system model to design the peak current mode (PCM) pulse width modulated (PWM) DC-DC converter. Based on the modeling approaches of the averaged PWM switch and equivalent parasitic parameters of power-switches with the law of energy conservation, the open loop power stage tranfer functions are obtained. The Nyquist stability theorem is employed to build the current mode double control loops. It also presents an analysis of the natural sampled effect in PCM, and a simple method to obtain the closed current loop transfer function. The functions to estimate the stabilization of the system when double loops are closed are derived. The models are proved correct by simulation, which shows a strong closed loop suppressing to the non-ideal element of system.
