小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术的手术方法和临床效果。方法在集中复明活动中,对228例老年性白内障行小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术。并对术后视力及术中、术后并发症进行分析。结果术后1周,裸眼及矫正视力≥0.5者占86.0%。视力<0.5者32眼中有20眼伴有影响视力的眼底病变。术中、术后并发症较轻,经治疗恢复快,未出现人工晶体不能植入及角膜内皮失代偿等并发症。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术具有切口小、散光小、手术费用低、复明效果佳等优点,是一种安全、有效的手术方法,适合在基层医院复明活动中推广应用。Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens （IOL） implantation. Methods In the centralized vison rehabilitation action, small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation were performed on 288 cases of senile cataract. The postoperative visual acuity （VA.）,intraoperative and postoperative complication were observed. Results Postoperative VA≥ 0.5（86.0%） ,20 of 32 cases （postoperative VA 〈0.5） accompanied retinopathy. Complications were gentle and recovered quickly by treatment. Complications of the IOL not implanted and corneal endothelial disturbance didn＇t occur. Conclusion The small incision of cataract surgery results in small incision, less surgically astigamtism, less operative expense and good visual rehabilitation. This procedure is effective and safe. These results suggest that it can be applied extensively in civil grassroot hospital.
