摘 要:目的研究三种不同根管预备方法对根尖封闭性的影响。方法离体直单根管上前牙34颗,其中30颗随机平均分为3组(n=10),A组,不锈钢根管锉常规法;B组,G型钻根管冠部预处理+不锈钢根管锉常规法;C组,手用ProTaper镍钛根管锉冠向下法,剩余4颗随机平均分为阴性对照组和阳性对照组。所有根管均用侧方加压法充填,用染料渗透法测量根尖微渗漏距离,评价各组根尖封闭能力。结果B组和C组根尖封闭能力优于A组(P<0.05),B组和C组之间的根尖封闭能力无差别(P>0.05)。结论在直根管根尖预备中,大锥度根管预备是减少根尖微渗漏的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of three different root canal preparation technique on apical sealing ability in straight root canals. Methods Thirty-four upper anterior teeth with straight root canals were collected,30 of them were randomly assigned to 3 groups( n =10),group A, stainless steel file conventional root canal preparation technique; group B,Gate- Glidden drill coronal preflaring + stainless steel file conventional root canal preparation technique; group C, ProTaper for hand crown-down technique. The samples remained were divided into two groups, negative control group and positive control group. All the prepared canals were obturated with cold lateral condensation. In order to evaluate the apical sealing ability, apical microleakage length was measured by dye penetration. Results The apical sealing ability of group B and C was superior to that of group A ( P 〈0.05), while the apical sealing ability between group B and C have no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Large taper root canal preparation was a effective method to reduce apical microleakage in straight root canals.
