摘 要:目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和磁共振成像(MRI)在脑干梗死早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用诱发电位仪对30例经MRI确诊为脑干梗死患者同时进行BAEP检查。结果:30例患者在发病6小时内,3例患者临床上已有病理征,MRI未发现梗死灶,BAEP已有异常表现。结论:病变早期脑干功能状态发生改变时,BAEP就可有异常表现,因此BAEP是一个早期诊断比较敏感的指标,在脑干梗死的早期诊断中可以与MRI在定性定位中起到优势互补的作用。Objectives: To explore applied value on brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in early diagnosis of brainstem infarction. Methods: BAEP and MRI were examined in 30 patients with brain infarction confirmed by MRI. Results: In 30 patient, BAEP was abnormal in 3 patients, MRI was normal in 6 hours. Conclusions: BAEP may be abnormal in functional change of brainstem, therefore, BAEP was a sensitive index of early diagnosis of brainstem infarction. BAEP and MRI were mutual complementary in a qualitative and location diagnosis of brainstem infarction.
