摘　　要：在当今刑事错案时有发生的情况下,为实现司法人员增强责任心、保障公民的合法权益和维护刑事司法的正义与公平的目的,采用比较、归纳等方法分析国内外刑事错案责任追究制度,提出建立中国刑事错案责任追究制度的建议:制定统一法典、界定责任要件、改进追究组织。The pursuing system for the wrong criminal case responsibility is an important system that punishes the criminal judicial personnel. Under the condition of now-and-then oeeurenees of the wrong criminal ease occurrence, it is necessary to strengthen the responsibility of the judicial personnel, guarantee the citizen＇s legal rights and support the exactitude and the candor of crime judicatory. With comparative and synthetic motheds, the author analyzes the wrong criminal eases, and puts forward some proposals to perfect the system.
