摘　　要：高校贫困生"心理贫困"的问题是影响其全面发展的重要因素,因此高校要采取切实措施做好贫困生"心理脱贫"工作,在调研的基础上进行了"心理贫困"的成因分析,提出了具有参考价值的对策建议,为高校有针对性地开展贫困生教育及资助工作提供理论依据和实践指导。The problem of poor students＇ psychological poverty is an important factor that affect their over-all development. So the tertiary institutions should take practical measures to solve the problem. In light of the survey, the paper analyzes the causes for the problem and accordingly puts forward some valuable countermeasures. They offer sound theoretical basis and practical guidance to help the tertiary institutions to educate and subsidize the poor students.
