摘 要:目的检测贲门癌标本中E-cadherin和α-catenin的表达强度,探讨它们与贲门癌临床病理因素的关系及二者的相关性。方法材料取自泰安市中心医院2000年1月~2004年5月贲门癌根治术标本62例,同期另选取癌旁正常胃组织20例做对照,行免疫组化检测。结果贲门癌组织中E-cadhefin的阳性表达率为54.8%,而正常胃组织E-eadherin100%表达;贲门癌组织中α-catenin的阳性表达率为45.2%,正常胃组织中仅.cateninl00%表达。E-eadherin的表达随贲门癌分化程度的降低而降低(P〈0.01),并在有淋巴结转移者表达明显降低且与临床分期有关(P〈0.01);α-catenin的表达随贲门癌分化程度的降低而降低(P〈0.01),并与淋巴结转移(P〈0.05)及临床分期有关(P〈0.01)。E-cadherin和α-catenin的表达与肿瘤的大小无关(P〉0.05)。α-catenin与E-cad-herin在贲门癌组织中表达有明显相关性;它们与贲门癌浸润、淋巴结转移及临床分期成负相关。结论对贲门癌组织中α-catenin与E-cadherin的检测将可能成为贲门癌诊断、判断预后的有价值的生物学指标。Objective :-To cla]4iy the relationships between E-cadherin and α-catenin in the carcinoma metastasis and the relationship between their expressions and the cllnicopatb01oic features in patients with cardiac carcinoma. Methods: All tissues samples were taken from 62 patients with cardiac cancer after surgery in the Department of Central Hospital of Taian City from January, 2001 to May, 2004. At the same time, anther 20 normal stomach tissue were used as the contrast, and in all the spociments, expression of E - cadherin and α-catenin were determined by imunohistochemical technique. Results : The E-e.adherin positive expression rate in cardiac cancer was 54.8% ,and 100% expressed in normal tissue (P 〈 0.01 ). E-eadliern expression was related with the degree of differentiation (P 〈 0.01 ), lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01 ) and clinical stage(P 〈 0.01 ), but not related with the size of cardiac tumour( P 〉 0.05 ). The α-catenin positive expression rate.in cardiac cancer was 45.2% , and 100% expressed in normal tissue (P 〈 0.01 ). The α-catenin expression was related with the degree of differentiation (P 〈 0.01 ), lymph node metastasis(P 〈 0.05 ), and clinical stage (P 〈 0.01 ), but not related with the size of cardiac tumour( P 〉 0.05 ). The expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin were associated with cardiac cancer and were negatively correlated with clinical stage and lymphtive of cardiac cancer tissues. Conclusion: The examination of E-cadherin and α-catenin may be a valuable marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiac carcinoma.
