摘　　要：《程氏易传》是程颐理学的代表作,而其成书以及后来的流传情况,学界一直没有一个清楚的考释,本文专就此问题作一研究。Chengshi yi zhuan （CHENG Yi＇s Commentaries on the Zhouyi） is the representative of CHENG Yi＇s neo-Confucian learning, whereas the academic circle for a long time haven＇t examined clearly the completion and transmission of the book, so this paper makes a textual research on this issue.
