摘　　要：介绍了一种以Ｂｅ的Ⅵ族化合物ＢｅＭｇＺｎＳｅ与ＺｎＳｅ组成的量子阱发光二极管的结构、性能和特点。Light emitting diodes with a life time of 1000 hr have been fabricated from BeMgZnSe/ZnSe quantum wells by Landwehr et al. The structure and characteristics of the diodes are reviewed; in light of the possibility of fabricating long lifetime Ⅱ Ⅵ blue laser.
