摘  要:为研究液压悬架系统中各主要参数对控制车体垂直位移的影响,在建立的单轮1/4车液压悬架数学模型基础上,运用AMESim软件进行了1/4车液压悬架建模与仿真分析.通过仿真,将液压缸和伺服阀不同规格参数对液压悬架在阶跃激励下车体垂直位移的影响结果进行了比较,结果表明,AMESim在液压悬架系统仿真中的有效性为整车液压悬架仿真研究提供了参考.The hydraulic suspension is one of the key technology to develop special vehicles and engineering vehicles. In order to research the movement respond of the vehicle body and the influence of the main parameters on control effect, a vehicle mathematical model of hydraulic suspension of 1/4 body is established,and it is achieved by using AMESim that a simulation of the vehicle hydraulic suspension system of 1/4 body. It is analysed that the body displacement performance caused by the varying parameters of hydraulic cylinder and servo valve on a step incentive. The model and the conclusions provide a reference for the simulation of a whole vehicle hydraulic suspension system. The results indicate that,using AMESim can solve the problem of hydraulic hydraulic suspension system' s dynamic simulation very well.
