摘 要:目的:检测颜面部皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)、基底细胞癌(BCC)组织中胎盘型谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST-π)mRNA和蛋白的表达。方法:采用多相寡核苷酸原位杂交技术和免疫组织化学SP法分别检测20例SCC、20例BCC、10例不典型增生组织及10例正常皮肤组织中GST-π mRNA与蛋白的表达。结果:正常皮肤、不典型增生皮肤、SCC、BCC组织中GST-π mRNA的阳性表达率依次为10%,20%,70%,80%,GST-π蛋白的阳性表达率分别为10%,30%,90%,90%。SCC与BCC组织中GST-π mRNA和蛋白的阳性表达率均高于不典型增生皮肤和正常皮肤组织(P均<0.05)。结论:GST-π可能与SCC和BCC的发生发展有关,是SCC和BCC发生过程中的早期酶学变化。Aim: To detect the expression of GST-π protein and mRNA in skin squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) tissue and basal cell carcinoma( BCC ) tissue. Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method and in situ hybridization were adopted to detect the expression of GST-π protein and mRNA respectively in 20 cases of SCC, 20 cases of BCC, 10 cases of dysplasia and 10 cases of normal skin tissue. Results: The positive rates of GST-π mRNA,GST-π protein were 10% ,20% ,70% , 80% and 10% ,30% ,90% ,90% in turn in normal skin, dysplasia tissue,SCC and BCC tissue. Compared with dysplasia and normal skin tissue, the expression rates of GST-π mRNA and protein were significantly higher in SCC and BCC tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : GST-π may involve in the development of skin SCC and BCC, and its higher expression may be an early event in the cacinogenesis of skin carcinoma.
