摘  要:目的:探讨皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)及鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中激酶抑制蛋白-1(P27kip1)和周期素D1(Cyclin D1)的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测27例BCC、23例SCC和20例正常皮肤组织中P27kip1和Cyclin D1蛋白的表达。结果:BCC和SCC组织中P27kip1表达的阳性率分别为63.0%和26.1%,低于正常皮肤中的95.0%(P<0.05);BCC和SCC组织中Cyclin D1表达的阳性率分别为37.0%和78.3%,高于正常皮肤中的0.0%(P<0.05);在BCC和SCC组织中,P27kip1与CyclinD1的表达相关(P<0.05)。结论:P27kip1异常低表达和Cyclin D1异常高表达可能协同参与BCC和SCC的发生、发展。Aim:To investigate the expression and significance of P27^kip1 and Cyclin D1 protein in cutaneous basal cell carcinoma(BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) tissue. Methods:The expressions of P27^kip1 and Cyclin D1 protein were detected by using immunohistochemical SP staining in 27 cases of BCC, 23 cases of SCC and 20 cases of normal skin. Results :The expressions of P27^kip1 protein in BCC (63.0%) and SCC(26.1% ) were significantly lower than that in normal skin (95.0%) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expressions of Cyclin D1 protein in BCC ( 37.0% ) and SCC ( 78.3% ) were significantly higher than that in normal skin(0.0% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). In BCC and SCC tissue, P27^kip1 expression was related with Cyclin D1 expression (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The abnormal expression of P27^kip1 and, Cyclin D1 may contribute to the pathogenesis and progression of BCC and SCC.
