摘  要:目的:检测皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)和鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中PTEN与Fas蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP染色法检测23例BCC、25例SCC和10例正常皮肤组织中PTEN和Fas蛋白的表达。结果:BCC和SCC组织中PTEN表达的阳性率分别为26.1%和20.0%,明显低于正常皮肤(90.0%,P<0.05)。BCC和SCC组织中Fas表达的阳性率分别为13.0%和8.0%,明显低于正常皮肤(60%,P<0.05)。BCC和SCC组织中,PTEN蛋白的表达与Fas相关(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN和Fas异常低表达可能与BCC和SCC的发生、发展有关,有可能作为临床诊断及治疗BCC和SCC的指标之一。Aim : To investigate the expression of PTEN and Fas protein in cutaneous basal cell carcinoma(BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) tissue. Methods:The expressions of PTEN and Fas protein were detected in 23 cases of BCC, 25 cases of SCC and 10 cases of normal skin tissue using immunohistochemistry. Results: In BCC and SCC tissue, the positive rate of PTEN protein was 26. 1% and 20.0% , significantly lower than that in normal skin (90.0% , P 〈 0.05 ). In BCC and SCC tissue, the positive rate of Fas protein was 13.0% and 8.0% , significantly lower than that in normal skin( 60% , P 〈 0.05 ). In BCC and SCC tissue, PTEN expression was related with Fas expression (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The abnormal low expression of PTEN and Fas may contribute to the pathogenesis and progression of BCC and SCC, and may be used as one of indexes in the diagnosis and treatment of BCC and SCC.
