卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织及患者血清CA125检测

摘　　要：目的:比较卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织及患者血清中CA125表达水平。方法:选取65例卵巢上皮性癌、10例卵巢交界性肿瘤、10例卵巢良性肿瘤及10例正常卵巢组织标本,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测组织中CA125的表达情况;同时应用化学发光法检测患者血清CA125水平。结果:卵巢上皮性癌患者卵巢组织及血清中CA125水平均高于正常、良性和交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤者(P<0.01)。癌组织及血清中CA125表达水平与卵巢上皮性癌患者的肿瘤大小、临床分期、组织学分级、腹水量多少、有无淋巴结转移、组织学类型等有关(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织与血清中CA125表达的相关系数为0.636(P=0.002)。结论:卵巢上皮性癌患者血清CA125水平与卵巢癌病灶CA125水平变化一致,是卵巢上皮性癌较好的肿瘤标记物。Aim ：To compare the expression of CA125 in ovarian epithelial cancer tissue and patients serum,and analyze the correlation between them. Methods： SP immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of CA125 protein in 85 paraffin imbedding ovarian tumor tissues（65 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 10 cases of ovarian borderline tumor, and 10 cases of ovarian benign tumor tissue）. Chemiluminescence method was used to detect the same patient＇s serum CA125 protein. Ten cases of normal ovarian tissue were the control. Results： The levels of CA125 protein in ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues and in patients＇serum were significantly higher than those of normal ovaries, benign ovarian epithelial tumors and borderline ovarian epithelial tumor （P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression and the serum level of CA125 protein in ovarian epithelial carcinoma were significantly associated with the patients＇ advanced stage of disease, tumor grade, quantity of ascitic fluid, metastasis, the size of tumor and histological category （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of CA125 protein in ovarian tissues was correlated to the serum level of CA125 （ r = 0. 636, P = 0. 002） of ovarian carcinoma patients. Conclusion： The changes of CA125 protein level in serum is consistent with the expression of CA125 in ovarian tissue. CA125 is a better tumor marker for ovarian epithelial carcinoma.
