摘　　要：查明了淮北地区鲁西黄牛初情期等１０项生殖生理参数；证实不孕症发病率为２６．３％及其分类，；应用微生态方法定量检测不孕牛阴道菌群。Through measurement of 10 physiological parameters of puberty Lu_Xi Yellow Cattle in Huaibei area,we discovered that incidine of infertility of the Yellow Cattle was 26.3%,that percentage of endometritis in infertility was 70.1% .Through radiation immue method,measurement of motive changes of plasma progesterone levels in normal_reproductive Cows and fresh Cows showed that estrous cycle of Cows averagely was(21.2±1.6)days,that plasma progesterone level began to rise at (10.6±3.9)～(13.6±4.4)days after calving,sequently luteal phase came,ovary restored action,and gave rise to heat about 50 days earlier than heat diagnosed clinically.Through microecological method,measurement of vagina microbial flora of infertile cows showed that dominant bacteria were staphylococcus epidermidis and streplococcus.
