摘　　要：为了实现武器装备电缆的自动测试,针对用户使用特点,研制了一种台式、便携、实用的高压电缆测试仪;该产品采用嵌入式计算机技术、硬件电路模块化设计技术,便于测量通道扩展,实现了电缆的导通测试、绝缘测试和抗电强度测试;文中阐述了该系统的工作原理、设计方案和硬件、软件实现方法,电缆测试仪测量的数据经过记录、计算、分析、拟合等多种处理方法,输出最终的工程测量结果,同时提高了测试精度;试用结果表明,该测试仪能够对各种型号装备电缆的导通电阻、绝缘电阻等电气性能参数进行自动测量,能及时快速地检测电缆存在的故障隐患,缩短检测时间,提高检测效率。In order to implement the automatic test of the cable of weapon equipment,and according to the use characteristic of the users,a pocket,convenient carried,applied cable test apparatus has been developed.The technology of embedded controller and modularization design of hardware circuit is adopted,which is convenient for measure channel extension.The connectivity test,insulation test and dielectric strength test of cable has also been realized.In this paper,the system principle,design scheme and realization method of the hardware and software are presented.For improving the test precision and outputting the measure results of electrical engineering,the test data must be processed in many methods,such as saving,calculating,analysis,fitting,etc.The results of test indicate the apparatus can measure automatically the electric performance and parameter of many types of the armed equipments cable,such as electric impedance and insulation resistance,and can check the potential faults on the cable quickly,and can reduce the whole time of test and measurement,and can improve the test efficiency.
