负压胶圈套扎术和硬化剂注射术 治疗ⅠⅡ度内痔的近期临床观察

摘　　要：为比较负压胶圈套扎术和硬化剂注射术治疗Ⅰ,Ⅱ度内痔的近期临床疗效，将180例Ⅰ,Ⅱ度内痔患者行负压胶圈套扎术（治疗组90例）或硬化剂注射术（对照组90例）进行治疗，并对比的近期临床疗效，随访2个月。结果显示，治疗组在术后肛门疼痛、出血、肿物脱出等方面明显低于对照组，满意度明显高于对照组，且无需进一步的治疗。结果表明，负压胶圈套扎术治疗Ⅰ,Ⅱ度内痔简单、方便、并发症少，近期疗效优于硬化剂注射术。For the objective of comparing clinical curative effects of ligation with negative pressure rubber band and injection of sclerosing agent for I or Ⅱ Grade internal hemorrhoids,the 180 cases of this disease were divided into the treatment group（ subjected to the ligation,90 cases） and controlled group（subjected to the injection, 90 cases）, and compared short-term curative effects. Follow-up of two monthes showed that degree of the treatment group were lower significantly than the controlled group in anus pain, bleeding, and prolapse of lump, etc, and in satisfactory extends distinctly higher than the controlled group, but no needing future treatment. These show that the ligation has easy ＆ simple manipultation and less complication,and is superior to the injection in short-term curative effects.
