不同照射时间对Denlinx冷光美白系统疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察Denlinx冷光牙齿美白系统的不同照射时间对不同变色牙的漂白疗效及其副作用。方法:选取增龄性变色牙、轻中重度氟牙症共35名受试者,用Denlinx冷光牙齿美白系统进行不同照射时间的漂白治疗。术前和术后用VITA比色板进行比色,并用疼痛问卷评判法记录受试者术后牙齿的敏感度。结果:Denlinx冷光牙齿美白系统漂白增龄性变色牙、轻中重度氟牙症最佳疗程为冷光源照射两次。术后病人均有不同程度的牙齿酸痛症状,但24h后都有不同程度缓解,48h后症状完全消失。结论:Denlinx冷光牙齿美白系统对漂白增龄性变色牙、轻中重度氟牙症在冷光源照射两次后就能达到较好的漂白效果。AM： To evaluate the bleaching effect and side effect of Denlinx Tooth Whitening system with dif- ferent exposure time. METHODS ： Thirty - five patients were selected randomly, including teeth changed in color with age, mild dental fluorosis and dental fluorosis between moderate and severe degree. They were treated by Denlinx Tooth Whitening system with different exposure time. The colors of the teeth were detected by VITA shade guide matching before and after the treatment. The sensitivity of the teeth was recorded by the ache questionnaire after the treatment. RESULTS： The best treatment course on the teeth with color changed with age, mild dental fluorosis and dental fluorosis between moderate and severe degree was to whiten twice. After the treatment every patient had tooth ache which alleviated 24 hours later and vanished entirely 48 hours later. CONCLUSION： If teeth changed in color with age, mild dental fluorosis and dental fluorosis between moderate and severe degree are treated by Denlinx Tooth Whitening system two times, satisfactory effect can be got.
