摘　　要：本文介绍了立式往复真空泵的结构设计。采用了阀门轴向布置结构,合理设计了泵的气阀、弹簧力、密封、平衡通道结构,选择了易磨损部件的材料。实践表明,所设计的真空泵在提高真空度、降低功耗和提高零部件寿命方面取得了令人满意的效果。Describes the constructional design of a vertical vacuum reciprocating pump in which the valves are arranged axially, and all air valves, springs, sealings and balancing/channelling design are more rational with the material of quick-wear parts specially chosen. The application results showed that the pump thus designed is satisfactory in respect to vacuum degree heightening, power consumption lowering and parts＇ service life prolonging.
