Effect of Xylanase Pretreatment of Wheat Straw Chemical Pulp Bleaching on Pollution Load of the Bleaching Effluent

摘  要:在麦草化学浆H2O2漂白和CEH漂白时,采用自行选育的菌株ZCF-57生产的中性木聚糖酶进行预处理,研究了酶处理对漂白浆白度和漂白废水污染负荷的影响。结果表明,该木聚糖酶预处理可以有效地提高漂白浆白度,降低废水污染负荷。与对照浆相比,在达到相近白度时,预处理后H2O2用量可从5%减少到3%,P段废水BOD5、CODCr分别减少13.2%和17.0%;酶预处理可使CEH漂白产生的总CODCr和AOX分别降低50%和20%以上。A xylanase produced from penicillium sp. ZCF57 and isolated by our laboratory was applied in pretreatment of wheat straw chemi- cal pulp, before hydrogen peroxide bleaching or conventional CEH bleaching. The effect of xylanase pretreatment on the pollution load of the bleaching effluent was investigated. According to our results, the brightness of the pulp pretreated with xyalnase is significantly higher than that of the control when using the same amount of hydrogen peroxide. The similar brightness of the pulp can be produced by the xylanase pretreatment when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is reduced by 40% compared to the control. Moreover, the total BOD and COD of hydrogen peroxide bleaching effluent with the xylanase pretreatment decrease by 13.2% and 17%, respectively. Xylanase pretreatment prior to CEH bleaching can also decrease the effective chlorine dosage, and the total COD and AOX of the bleaching effluent ( decreased by 50% plus and 20% plus respectively).
