摘　　要：目的:评价正畸片段弓技术应用于固定外伤脱位再植牙的效果。方法:1996年至2007年共进行外伤性脱位牙(65例85牙)牙固定,应用方丝弓托槽及片段弓技术固定脱位牙及邻近稳固牙,观察固定效果及固定期间的牙周情况,复查治疗患者的预后情况。结果:片段弓技术固定法能很好地恢复牙弓形态;固位良好,牙周情况良好,85颗脱位牙中成功保留84颗,占98.82%,仅有1例治疗失败,在1年后拔除。结论:正畸片段弓技术固定外伤脱位牙临床效果优良,操作容易,有独特的优点。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of the segmental arch technique in fixing replanted traumatically avulsed permanent teeth. Methods ： Between 1996 and 2007, we treated 85 traumatically avulsed teeth of 65 patients by fixing the replanted teeth with Edgewise brackets and the segmental arch technique, recorded relevant indexes and observed the clinical effect. Results： We achieved excellent curative effect in 84 （98.82 % ） of the 85 teeth, failing only in 1 （ 1.18 % ）, which was extracted 1 year later. Conclusion： The segmental arch technique with Edgewise brackets, with easy operation and unique advantages over conventional arch bar splint fixation, is a reliable method for the stabilization of traumatically avulsed teeth.
