摘　　要：上海村作为高等里分住宅建筑的代表,是由传统石库门式住宅向新式里分住宅转化时期的过渡型里分。该文从里分结构、住宅平面、住宅立面装饰手法等方面分析其过渡型里分的基本特征。As the representation of advanced Lifen Housing, Shanghai Village is a transitional Lifen Housing during the period of traditional Shikumen house transforming into new type. This article analyzes the basic characteristics of the transitional Lifen from such aspects as Lifen structures, housing plans, and surface decoration skills, etc.
